Systems Engineering Lead - 244566

We’re looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the development of electronic modules for advanced avionics systems.

You will own the engineering lifecycle from requirements and architecture through design reviews, hardware realization, verification, and system integration. The role combines system-level technical ownership with matrix leadership across development teams and subcontractors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead electronic module development from specification to system integration.
• Define technical requirements, interfaces, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive design reviews, resolve engineering trade-offs, and track technical risks.
• Coordinate hardware development teams and subcontractors against work plans and milestones.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness, procurement interfaces, development testing, and integration.
• Lead the development of test systems and simulators for electronic modules.

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in electronic design and electronic module development.
• Proven experience leading hardware development across the full lifecycle.
• Strong systems engineering skills, technical judgment, and the ability to drive multidisciplinary execution.
