Senior VMware Expert 

Want to run one of the largest virtualization environments in Israel?

A leading virtualization team is looking for a Senior VMware Expert to manage a mission-critical enterprise environment at massive scale: tens of thousands of VMs and around 1,000 physical servers.

You’ll own the environment end to end, build advanced automation, and shape its architecture.

What you’ll do:

• Hands-on management of vSphere/vCenter, NSX and vRA
• Lead and develop automation at scale
• Manage Cisco UCS and physical servers (Dell/HPE/Lenovo)
• Troubleshoot critical production issues (Tier 3/4)
• Design and improve the architecture, and lead large-scale projects and upgrades
• Work closely with Networking, Storage, Security and DevOps teams

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of VMware experience in large enterprise environments (hundreds of hosts / thousands of VMs)
• Deep expertise in vSphere/vCenter, NSX (deployment, operations, advanced troubleshooting) and vRA (complex automation development)
• Strong PowerCLI/PowerShell skills, including complex scripts and workflows
• Experience managing Cisco UCS and hardware infrastructure
• Proven experience handling critical production incidents
• Deep understanding of Networking, Storage and Compute

Big plus: Experience with environments of tens of thousands of VMs
