Quality Field Lead – Aerospace ✈️

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) is looking for a Quality Field Lead to join its Aerospace Division's Engineering & Development Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Working directly with customers and leading quality review boards, corrective and preventive action committees, and investigations
• Supporting and monitoring manufacturing processes
• Analyzing and improving processes, preparing project quality reports, writing procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading quality issue resolution and initiating effective engineering solutions
• Defining quality metrics and control methods, analyzing results, and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering – required
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Quality within an industrial company – required
• Proven experience supporting manufacturing operations
• Experience working with composite materials – required
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
• High-level English proficiency, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent certification – significant advantage
• Familiarity with the AS9100 aerospace quality management standard – significant advantage
