We're looking for an exceptional Principal Frontend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving technical innovation and engineering excellence.

The Role

As a Principal Frontend Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, development, and evolution of our products and solutions.

You'll leverage modern technologies to design, build, deploy, and scale robust frontend solutions while driving the adoption of best practices, advanced tools, and innovative architectural approaches.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Initiate and lead strategic engineering initiatives, driving innovation, technical excellence, and architectural decisions
• Frontend Architecture: Own and shape the frontend architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, maintainability, and high engineering standards
• Micro-Frontend Development: Design, develop, maintain, and evolve micro-frontend frameworks used by multiple engineering teams worldwide
• Design Systems: Build and maintain complex, reusable design system components using React
• End-to-End Ownership: Take ownership of the frontend stack, from architectural design through implementation and delivery
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, building and delivering complex, high-quality web applications.
• 5+ years of professional experience with React.js.
• Proven experience initiating and leading technical initiatives, taking projects from concept through successful execution.
• Strong ownership mindset and deep expertise in frontend technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect and implement elegant, scalable solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to drive technical decisions across teams.
