About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven, hands-on Product Team Lead to lead product initiatives across RealPlay's gaming platforms.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and feature ideation to development, launch, and continuous optimization, while leading and developing a team of Product Managers.

You will combine strong product thinking, technical understanding, and business orientation to build engaging, high-performing gaming experiences that drive player engagement, retention, and monetization.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership, and knows how to turn complex challenges into impactful product solutions.

What You Will Do

• Lead & Develop the Team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement.
• Own the Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end development of product features across web and mobile platforms, from ideation and technical discovery through execution, launch, and post-release optimization.
• Drive Product Strategy: Translate business objectives and player needs into a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize engagement, retention, monetization, and business impact.
• Turn Strategy into Execution: Define product requirements, write detailed PRDs and user stories, map user journeys and UX/UI flows, and manage priorities to ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Work closely with R&D, UX/UI, Data, Monetization, Game Economy, CRM, and Operations to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
• Optimize Player Experience: Identify opportunities to improve the player journey, gaming experience, conversion funnels, engagement, and retention.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics, lead A/B testing initiatives, analyze product performance, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Own Live Product Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize live features, ensuring ongoing improvements based on player behavior, business KPIs, and market opportunities.
• Leverage AI: Integrate AI-powered tools and agentic workflows into product discovery, documentation, prototyping, and execution to accelerate development and improve efficiency.
  
  

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in the gaming industry – Must.
• At least 2 years of direct management experience leading Product Managers – Must.
• Proven experience owning complex product features end-to-end, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams, understand system architecture, and manage complex technical dependencies.
• Strong analytical and business mindset, with experience using data, KPIs, and A/B testing to drive product decisions.
• Experience working on player engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization initiatives.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agentic workflows (such as Claude Code, Lovable, or similar tools) to accelerate product development processes.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, user journeys, and product discovery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment and execution across multiple teams.
• High level of ownership, independence, and execution capabilities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Experience in Social Casino, Sweepstakes Casino, or Free-to-Play gaming.
• Experience with LiveOps, game monetization, and player progression systems.
• Strong understanding of game economy mechanics, reward systems, and promotional features.
• A genuine passion for gaming and a strong understanding of what makes player experiences engaging and enjoyable.
