We're looking for a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing how global enterprises manage knowledge, train employees, and improve performance through intelligent, AI-powered experiences.

The company recently completed a significant Series A funding round and already serves 300+ paying customers, including leading Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies.

Founded by a successful serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and leading companies, the startup combines strong business traction with cutting-edge AI innovation.

The engineering team is working at the forefront of Generative AI, building sophisticated Multi-Agent Systems, advanced RAG architectures, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent workflows, with plans to explore Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT).

This is an opportunity to shape the next generation of AI-native products while taking real ownership over architecture, engineering, and product development.

What You'll Do

• Build complex, AI-native Full Stack applications from architecture to production.
• Design and develop production-grade AI Agents, Multi-Agent workflows, and LLM-powered features.
• Work on advanced challenges involving Agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG, context management, and AI reliability.
• Own features end to end and influence key technical and product decisions.
• Work in a small, highly technical team where every engineer has significant impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong Full Stack experience, with a Backend or Frontend orientation — both are welcome.
• Experience with modern technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, or similar.
• Proven experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
• Must have hands-on experience building and deploying AI Agents in production environments.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, high ownership, and a product-oriented mindset.

Strong Advantages

• Experience building reliable Agentic Systems, including evaluation, observability, state management, and failure handling.
• Experience with advanced RAG architectures or LLM optimization.
• Background in early-stage startups or highly innovative engineering teams.
