System Administrator

Role Description The System Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Yehud Monosson. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining servers, workstations, and core infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, applying updates and patches, managing user accounts and permissions, and performing routine backups and recovery procedures. The System Administrator will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, provide technical support to internal users, and collaborate with IT and other teams on system improvements and new implementations. The role also involves documenting configurations and procedures, maintaining security standards, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology, including managing servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, escalate when needed, and resolve system and user issues efficiently.
• Experience in Network Administration, including basic routing, switching, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices, backup and recovery methods, and system performance monitoring.
• Ability to work on-site in Yehud Monosson, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSA/MCSE, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar System Administrator or IT support role and familiarity with electronics or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
