Senior BI Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for a highly professional, assertive, and business-oriented BI Solution Business Architect to lead the alignment of data structures, data warehouses, and analytical solutions with complex business processes.

About the Role:

In this position, you will lead the characterization and planning of Data and BI solutions for cross-organizational business processes. You will act as the bridge between complex business needs and technical implementation, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across core systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the characterization and planning of Data/BI solutions for enterprise-wide business processes.
• Driving DWH (Data Warehouse) adaptations for new processes within core systems, specifically SAP.
• Analyzing business processes in Sales, Distribution, Logistics, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance, and translating them into data models and reports.
• Defining data mapping, business hierarchies, calculation rules, and interfaces between operational systems and the DWH.
• Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data quality control processes.
• Collaborating with business users, SAP teams, development teams, and infrastructure teams to define requirements and bridge gaps.
• Overseeing data migration processes and system transitions while maintaining business continuity.
• Providing training and documentation to business users.

Requirements:

• Strong Business Acumen: Proven experience in B2B environments is mandatory. You must have a deep understanding of Sales, Orders, and Supply Chain processes (Sales/Orders/Deliveries).
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to map and understand complex business and technological processes.
• SAP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP environments is mandatory.
• Analytics Knowledge: Proficiency in the analytics and reporting world (e.g., PowerBI, Web Intelligence/BO).
• Persona: We are looking for an assertive, high-quality professional who can stand confidently before developers and department managers. You must be highly verbal and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of service orientation.
• Experience: Experience in medium to large-scale organizations is an advantage.
