B2C Digital Marketing & Content Manager – Home Healthcare

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Digital Marketing & Content Manager to join our Home Healthcare division at our headquarters in Caesarea (Full-Time, On-Site).

In this role, you will lead the B2C branding and digital presence for our home health brands. You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-performing content, manage vibrant social channels, collaborate with creators and influencers, and work cross-functionally with brand managers to build high-impact consumer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2C Brand Strategy: Develop and execute branding strategies to engage consumer audiences across diverse home healthcare product lines.
• AI-Driven Content Creation & Production: Oversee end-to-end creative production—from ideation to execution—utilizing modern AI tools to accelerate and elevate marketing workflows, visual assets, and copy.
• Social Media Management: Own, grow, and manage our brands' Instagram presence and maintain division-related digital assets and website touchpoints.
• Influencer & Creator Marketing: Scout, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to drive organic reach and credibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Brand Managers, web specialists, and operational teams to align digital campaigns with commercial goals.

• Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, B2C brand management, social media, and multi-channel content strategy.
• AI Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency in using generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar creative platforms) for content production and marketing workflow optimization.
• Hands-on Social Media & Production: Strong portfolio or track record of building engaging Instagram channels, managing creative shoots, and executing high-performing content plans.
• Influencer Outreach: Practical experience running influencer marketing campaigns, from negotiation to campaign tracking.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across internal teams.
• Location & Availability: On-site full-time role at our offices in Caesarea.
• Languages: Native-level or fluent Hebrew (crucial for local B2C copywriting and community management); professional working proficiency in English.
