Financial Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Analyst with strong business and accounting acumen to lead cross-organizational initiatives across finance and information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business and financial requirements in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and other business stakeholders.
• Prepare functional and technical specification documents for ERP systems and supporting financial applications.
• Lead projects and process improvement initiatives across finance, budgeting, procurement, accounting, and financial reporting domains.
• Design, analyze, and support integrations between ERP, BI, CRM, and other financial systems.
• Work closely with business users, development teams, external vendors, and project managers.
• Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and enhanced controls.
• Support system implementation activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Systems Analysis - mandatory.
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Bookkeeper certification - a significant advantage.
• Proven experience working with Finance, Accounting, Budget Control, and Treasury/Financing functions - mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Priority, or Tafnit - mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Control - mandatory.
• Experience in systems integration and interface design - mandatory.
• Experience working with BI platforms, reporting tools, and dashboards - a significant advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems, banking systems, and financial applications - an advantage.
• Proven ability to lead complex processes and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant academic degree - an advantage.
