Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior AI Processor & CPU Architect, taking a leading architectural role in defining, modeling, and driving next-generation AI processors and high-performance compute architectures.
• Architecting and developing cycle-accurate, performance, and functional models for advanced AI processors and CPUs utilizing SystemC and pre-silicon simulation environments.
• Leading end-to-end architectural solutions, proposing innovative technical trade-offs, and driving core system-level design decisions.
• Collaborating closely with Hardware/RTL architects, Silicon designers, and Low-Level Software teams to drive comprehensive Hardware/Software Co-Design and specify future capabilities.
• Profiling, modeling, and analyzing performance bottlenecks across emerging AI/ML workloads (LLMs, neural networks, inference engines) under simulated real-world scenarios.
• Developing Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for novel architectural primitives, evaluating microarchitectural alternatives, and validating hypotheses through simulation data.
• Leading architectural feature definition and technical governance throughout pre-silicon planning phases.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical discipline – Mandatory
• 5 years of hands-on experience in Processor Architecture, VLSI, or Microarchitecture Definition – Mandatory
• Extensive, deep hands-on expertise in SystemC modeling and simulation development for processors or complex SoCs – Mandatory
• Proven background in AI Hardware Architecture, neural processing units (NPUs/accelerators), and deep familiarity with modern AI workloads and compute patterns – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record executing Hardware/Software Co-Design (bridging microarchitecture with compilers, runtimes, and software stacks) – Mandatory
• Deep comprehension of processor pipeline design, cache hierarchies, memory subsystems, and high-speed interconnects – Mandatory
• Strong analytical, quantitative performance profiling, and microarchitectural bottleneck analysis capabilities – Mandatory
• High ownership, exceptional collaboration skills, and fluent English communication (written and spoken) – Mandatory
