Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer | Power Platform & Azure

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join its development team and deliver complex business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for designing, developing, integrating, and implementing CRM solutions, providing technical leadership, conducting code reviews, and leveraging AI-powered development tools as part of everyday engineering workflows.

We're looking for a hands-on senior developer with deep Dynamics 365 expertise, strong software engineering skills, and the ability to independently lead complex development initiatives while mentoring other team members.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Design and implement business and technical solutions from requirements analysis through production deployment
• Develop Plugins, Custom Actions, Custom APIs, and Web Services
• Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Cloud Flows
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Azure Services
• Take ownership of solution quality, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-production support
• Conduct code reviews and establish development best practices and coding standards
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and share professional knowledge
• Work with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and other technology units
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Identify opportunities to improve development workflows and automate processes using AI-powered tools
• Promote the secure and responsible adoption of AI development tools while maintaining information security and data privacy standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong development experience with C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Experience developing Dynamics 365 Plugins, Cloud Flows, Custom Actions, and Custom APIs
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience working with Azure Services
• Experience using Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to independently lead complex development tasks from design through delivery
• Experience conducting code reviews, writing tests, and improving code quality
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
• Regular, hands-on experience using AI-powered tools as part of software development workflows
• Ability to guide the responsible and effective adoption of AI tools within a development team while maintaining security and privacy requirements
• Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent AI development tools

Working Arrangement

• Full-time position in Central Israel
• On-site work is required during the first three months, with no remote work
• Hybrid work may be available afterward, according to organizational policy
