Role Description-

• Serving as a Principal AI Architect / Enterprise Staff AI Engineer, functioning as the primary technical authority driving core AI architecture, strategy, and enterprise-wide rollout.
• Balancing 50% hands-on system development with 50% technical and architectural leadership, holding broad autonomy to define technological roadmaps and AI investments.
• Designing and engineering enterprise-scale Agent Orchestration platforms, Model Context Protocol (MCP) Gateways, and foundation layer platforms powering high-impact internal and customer-facing AI products.
• Architecting large-scale predictive pipelines and LLM-based reasoning systems processing complex multidimensional market and transactional data streams.
• Establishing foundational engineering standards, governance, and evaluation frameworks for generative AI models, agentic workflows, and production deployments.
• Partnering directly with global technical leadership, engineering squads, and business stakeholders to drive high-impact AI adoption.

Requirements-

• 2 years of proven architectural leadership experience as a Software/System Architect, Staff Engineer, CTO, Tech Lead, or Founder – Mandatory
• 2 recent years of dedicated, deep-dive specialization in Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic Architectures) – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on software development track record in Python or Node.js – Mandatory
• Proven background operating within Enterprise-scale environments or large global tech corporations – Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience architecting Agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration frameworks, or tool-augmented agent systems (e.g., MCP, function calling, multi-agent orchestration) – Mandatory
• High degree of technical ownership, forward-looking architectural vision, and fluent communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
