Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Analog & Mixed-Signal Design Engineer, joining the core Analog Design group to architect, design, and verify cutting-edge, high-speed mixed-signal blocks for mission-critical optical communication silicon.
• Taking end-to-end design ownership over advanced, high-performance data converters (ADC / DAC) and associated high-speed mixed-signal architectures.
• Executing schematic capture, transient/noise simulations, corner analysis, and rigorous pre- and post-layout verification at both the block and full-chip integration levels.
• Collaborating intensively with the Layout engineering team to guide floorplanning, parasitic extraction, matching, and signal integrity considerations through to successful Tape-Out and Signoff.
• Translating complex system-level architectural specifications into robust transistor-level silicon implementations.
• Partnering cross-functionally across R&D squads bridging System Architecture, Digital VLSI, Layout, and Silicon Validation teams.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline – Mandatory
• At least 5 years of proven hands-on experience in Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Design – Mandatory
• Significant, proven design track record in one or more of the following domains: ADC, DAC, PLL, SerDes, High-Speed Timing Circuits, or Phase Interpolators – Mandatory
• Solid Top-Level and System-level understanding of complex analog blocks within large-scale SoCs – Mandatory
• Hands-on mastery of industry-standard EDA simulation environments (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, Synopsys Custom Compiler / PrimeSim) – Mandatory
• Proven experience driving blocks through layout review, post-layout extraction, and tape-out signoff – Mandatory
• Strong technical communication and fluency in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
