C# Desktop Tech Lead

• Experience: 5+ years of software development experience, with proven hands-on experience in technical leadership or team leading.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• Core Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in C# / .NET development in a Windows Desktop environment.
• Desktop UI & Architecture: Extensive experience with WPF or WinForms, with strong proficiency in XAML and the MVVM architecture pattern.
• Multi-Threading: Strong expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, and multi-tasking applications.
• Communication & Protocols: Practical experience developing network communication interfaces using TCP/UDP.
• Version Control & Management Tools: Hands-on experience with Git and Azure DevOps or Jira.

Advantages / Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in the Defense / Military / Aerospace industry.
• Experience developing Command & Control (C2 / שו"ב) systems or workstation interfaces.
• Experience with modern .NET versions (.NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8).
• Familiarity with C++ integration, hardware interfaces, or microservices architecture.
