Incident Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an Incident Manager!

Join a large, stable organization and manage critical incidents end to end, lead real-time incident response operations, provide advanced Tier 2 technical support, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage escalation and change processes in production environments.

The role also involves close collaboration with support, development, and infrastructure teams, monitoring SLA metrics, improving operational processes, and integrating AI and automation tools to optimize support operations.

What are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of experience managing IT and technology projects.
• At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects and/or support operations, NOC teams, or incident management.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Tier 2/3 support, incident management, or systems operations in complex environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and experience working with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with senior technical teams, work under pressure, and demonstrate a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
