QA Team Lead | Shfela Region

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a QA Team Lead for a leading public sector organization in the Shfela region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA activities for a complex core system

Manage and lead a team of QA testers

Oversee end-to-end testing processes, from requirements analysis through production release approval

Lead functional, integration, interface, regression, and End-to-End testing

Work with QA, Azure DevOps, Jira, Automation, and AI tools

Manage defects, investigate failures, and drive quality metrics

Continuously improve QA processes in collaboration with development, system analysis, and operations teams

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in software testing

At least 2 years of experience managing a QA team

Experience testing complex systems with multiple interfaces and End-to-End processes

Experience in defect management and familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools

Experience with test automation

Strong system-wide perspective and ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
