Office 365 Technical Support Specialist | Lod | 3-Month Temporary Position

Mertens Malam Team is hiring an Office 365 Technical Support Specialist for a leading financial organization in Lod.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users in an Office 365 environment

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues

Work with IT equipment and monitoring and control software

Diagnose technical problems and provide professional, service-oriented support

Work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic organizational environment

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in an IT Support Center or Help Desk

Experience with Office 365, IT equipment, and monitoring and control software

Experience in a banking institution

Strong learning abilities and quick adaptation to new systems

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Temporary position for a 3-month project
