MSSP Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced MSSP Team Lead with a strong security background and hands-on cloud expertise to lead our security team. The role combines people management, technical leadership, and active participation in cloud incident response, including coordinating and leading incident war rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security professionals delivering managed security services.
• Oversee daily security operations, prioritize workloads, and maintain high standards of service for customers.
• Investigate and respond to cloud security incidents, supporting containment, remediation, and recovery.
• Coordinate and lead incident war rooms, bringing together security teams, customers, and technical stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates on incident status, risks, and next steps.
• Improve response playbooks, operational processes, and lessons learned following incidents.
• Provide technical guidance on cloud security, particularly within AWS and GCP environments.

Requirements

• 3+ Strong hands-on experience with cloud environments. AWS experience is mandatory.
• A strong security background, including threat detection, incident investigation, network security, identity and access management, and cloud security controls.
• Practical experience responding to cloud security incidents. Experience as a member of an incident response team is sufficient; previous ownership or management of incidents is not required.
• At least one year of experience managing a team, including mentoring, setting priorities, and overseeing delivery.
• Willingness to take an active operational role during incidents and lead war rooms under pressure.
• Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers and stakeholders.
