Our clients are demanding and international, and every detail of their experience matters. Our marketing team is reinventing itself to support the house's growth: new methods, new tools, new talent.

About the role

Our in-house design studio produces the house's visuals and content every day: presentations for our sales teams, artwork visuals, renders, event materials, digital content. We are looking for an experienced designer, as comfortable with precise production as with creative work.

To be clear: part of the role is precise, repetitive production. We are automating much of it, and you will set up, check and approve that automation, stepping in by hand whenever AI falls short. The time saved goes to creative work.

Your responsibilities

• Image retouching, renders and artworks placed in interiors, with accurate perspective and scale.
• Presentations for our sales teams and clients, always accurate and up to date.
• Images and videos created with AI tools, for social media, campaigns and events.
• Running the studio's automation tools: setup, quality control, manual fixes when needed.
• Event materials and house documents, from digital to print.

Your profile

• Three to five years of experience in graphic design and content creation, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent command of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Real skill in image retouching, renders and perspective work.
• Advanced use of AI tools for image and video (Weavy, Higgsfield or similar), and the curiosity to keep up with new ones.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; French is a plus.

Your qualities

• Flawless rigor: a name, a size, a SKU or a price has to be right, every time.
• An eye for art and luxury aesthetics.
• A taste for automating what repeats, and the discipline to check what the machine produces.
• A sense of priorities: several requests at once, delivered fast, without compromising quality.
• Team spirit and clear communication.

Good to know

• The workload is high and steady. Automation is there to lighten it, and you will drive it directly.
• Around events and urgent deadlines, occasional work on Fridays or Saturdays may be required.
