A leading architecture firm specializing in the design of large-scale public and institutional projects is seeking an experienced Head of Architecture Team to lead a professional team.

The role involves leading complex, high-impact, large-scale projects, with opportunities for professional growth.

The role includes:

• Management and leadership of an architecture team in the field of institutional and public construction
• Design and leadership of complex, large-scale projects, from the design stage through execution
• Management and oversight of the technical processes of projects
• Ongoing work and collaboration with clients, government bodies and the firm's team

Requirements:

• Licensed architect (degree in architecture)
• At least 8 years of experience, including proven experience managing and leading an architecture team
• Prior experience at large architecture firms – significant advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit – required
• In-depth professional knowledge, leadership and management skills, systems thinking and teamwork
