Operational Excellence Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to lead process development, business continuity, operational excellence, and management office activities within a technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, optimization, and implementation of organizational processes, methodologies, and work standards.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Business Impact Analysis (BIA), risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Manage disaster recovery (DR) exercises, emergency simulations, crisis management, and organizational readiness.
• Coordinate management reporting, governance forums, strategic initiatives, budgets, and cross-organizational programs.
• Develop and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Legal, Internal Audit, Information Security, and business and technology units.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI, automation, RPA, and data-driven solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change without direct authority.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a relevant field – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in process management, operational excellence, or organizational management roles.
• Experience leading cross-organizational initiatives within a large enterprise; experience in a financial environment is preferred.
• Experience in business continuity, operational risk management, and/or disaster recovery.
• Proven experience leading transformation, automation, and process improvement projects.
• Familiarity with BCP, DR, and financial regulatory requirements.
• Experience with BI tools, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with AI and automation technologies.
