We are looking for an experienced, highly hands-on Payments Operations Manager to lead a small team and take full ownership of daily payment operations.

This is a practical, execution-focused role for someone with extensive banking or payments experience who enjoys being directly involved in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee high volumes of domestic and international payments and bank transfers.
• Handle settlements, reconciliations, and payment-related issues.
• Work directly with banks and payment partners in Israel and abroad.
• Manage the daily operations of the team while remaining fully hands-on.

Requirements

• Must: Extensive professional experience in banks or payment companies, specifically in payment operations and bank transfers.
• Strong knowledge of international payments, banking processes, and foreign trade operations.
• Proven hands-on experience processing payments and performing reconciliations.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational responsibility.
• Previous team management experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
