Role Description This is a full-time Billing Expert role. An exciting opportunity for hands-on technical QA professionals with deep Amdocs Ensemble Billing experience.

The focus is on invoice-level validation, billing calculations, data reconciliation, and troubleshooting billing discrepancies—combining deep billing platform knowledge with strong technical investigation skills.

Experience with Unix/Shell Scripting, SQL, GitHub, Jira, and ServiceNow is essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Amdocs Billing Process and Client Billing, including handling end-to-end billing cycles and managing multiple customer accounts.
• Candidates should have solid Invoicing and Accounting skills, including preparing accurate invoices, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting.
• Candidates should have strong communication skills, with the ability to explain billing details clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and interact professionally with clients.
• Relevant experience in Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, Automation, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes (Basic), Deployments, Grafana, Kibana, Jira, ServiceNow.
• Proven experience reviewing logs for job failures, providing temporary workarounds and resolutions
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency with Amdocs systems: Billing Rejects, CSM, Tuxido, A/R Collection, knowledge of AMC & OCB.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage priorities, and work in a hybrid environment in Haifa.
• An associate's or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
