Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on hardware engineer to join our hardware development team. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer with a solid foundation in PCB board design, who understands the challenges of high-speed signal design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of high-performance, multi-layer PCBs for active cables.
• Own board-level schematic design, component selection, layout guidance, and bring-up.
• Collaborate with layout engineers to apply proper high-speed routing and stack-up decisions.
• Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, VNA, and other lab tools.
• Support prototype builds and transition to manufacturing.
• Availability to travel to the USA to meet customers and discuss project-specific requirements alongside the Product Manager.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in board-level hardware development.
• Working knowledge of schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., OrCAD, Altium Designer, Mentor) – must.
• knowledge of high-speed digital design principles (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes, DDR, USB) – must.
• Hands-on lab experience with debugging and hardware validation.
• Good English skills - must.
