Core Systems Development Team Lead

We are recruiting a Core Systems Development Team Lead for a healthcare organization located in central Israel

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing and leading a development and analysis team of 3–5 employees
• Overseeing the development and maintenance of critical core systems
• Leading end-to-end projects
• Designing technological solutions based on business needs
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, participating in the modernization of existing systems and integrating AI into development processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8 years of experience in software analysis and development in an AS400 / IBM i environment
• 2 years of direct experience managing a development team of at least 3 employees, including work planning, task tracking and meeting deadlines
• Experience developing with RPG, COBOL and SQL, as well as working with Oracle, SQL Server and DB2 databases
• Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management or a relevant field
