Senior ServiceNow Implementer

Full-time, Rehovot, Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Implementer to lead advanced implementation and deployment processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Job Description:

Leading ServiceNow projects from the requirements gathering and specification phase through implementation, testing, and go-live.

Implementing and enhancing ITSM processes, with a focus on Incident, Request, and Change Management.

Configuring and working with Flow Designer/Workflow, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Service Catalog, Notifications, Roles, and ACLs.

Analyzing business processes and translating them into system solutions.

Leading specification workshops and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Drafting specification documents, supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and conducting training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow.

Significant experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration components.

Experience with JavaScript.

Experience leading ServiceNow projects from the specification phase through to go-live.

ServiceNow CSA or CIS-ITSM certification.

High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
