Bookkeeper

HR Home is looking for an Experienced Bookkeeper to join our finance team in a meaningful, independent, and diverse role.

This position offers broad responsibility for our company’s day-to-day accounting activities, financial controls, payroll-related processes, and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Full responsibility for day-to-day bookkeeping activities

Processing supplier invoices and payments

Customer invoicing and collection follow-up

Bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations

Preparing payroll data and performing payroll controls

Managing social benefits and required reports

Cash flow and ongoing budget monitoring

Supporting P&L reports and financial analysis

Preparing periodic and management control reports

Requirements

Bookkeeping Certificate, Type 2 or higher

3-5 years of bookkeeping experience

Proven experience working independently up to trial balance

Experience with ERP and payroll systems

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

Ability to work independently and with multiple stakeholders

Strong service orientation and sense of responsibility

Location: Yokneam Illit (Hybrid)

Reports to: Finance & Operations Manager
