Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager.

This is an opportunity to lead the organization’s end-user computing and technology support operations within a large and complex environment, manage team leaders and professional teams, drive technological projects, and continuously improve service processes.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-user computing, including troubleshooting complex technical issues
• 3+ years of management experience, including direct management of at least 3 team leaders and/or managers
• Experience managing end-user computing and technology support operations in a large and complex organization
• Experience leading technology projects, managing endpoint devices, procurement and vendors, and working with SLA/KPI metrics and ITSM systems
• Experience in a financial or banking organization and/or familiarity with capital markets systems – mandatory
