Group Product Manager

At Classiq Technologies, we are shaping the future of quantum computing. Our mission is to make quantum computing practical and impactful by bridging the gap between hardware and real-world applications. This is a singular moment in a groundbreaking industry: we are building the foundational software layer that enables developers and enterprises to design, optimize, and deploy quantum algorithms at scale.

As we build the software stack for the fault-tolerant era, we need a visionary product leader to drive the core engine of our entire offering. You will work alongside world-class talent, tackling bleeding-edge challenges across physics, advanced algorithms, and compiler design. Classiq is already trusted by Fortune 500 leaders and global governments. If you want to leave a permanent mark on a disruptive, category-defining technology, this is your opportunity to define it.

What You'll Do

• Own the Engine: Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Classiq's core quantum software domain, encompassing compilation, execution, and our fault-tolerant computing architecture.
• Lead the Best: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of deeply technical product managers.
• Bridge Deep Tech and Market Reality: Translate hyper-complex quantum research—from error correction to surface-code architectures—into market-defining products.
• Shape the Ecosystem: Drive alignment across internal research and engineering, while partnering deeply with leading hardware vendors to cement Classiq as the universal software layer for quantum computing.

• Deeply Technical Product Leader: You have a formidable track record leading product teams in highly complex, bleeding-edge domains (e.g., physics, compilers, languages, or applied math).
• Strategic Architect: You possess the sharp business acumen required to make ruthless prioritization decisions, balancing long-term research bets with immediate, scalable product execution.
• Inspiring Manager: You have proven experience recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring top-tier technical talent in fast-moving, highly ambiguous environments.
• Unparalleled Execution: You have a history of cutting through the noise to turn abstract, highly complex technology into tangible, successful products.

• Background in quantum computing, quantum error correction, or fault tolerance (surface codes, lattice surgery, decoding, resource estimation).
• Prior experience working directly with hardware companies or research labs as partners or customers.
