Senior Tricentis Tosca Consultant

Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Senior Tricentis Tosca Consultant based in Netanya. The consultant will design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for complex software systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing requirements, creating and optimizing test cases, managing test data, and integrating Tosca automation into CI/CD pipelines. The role involves collaborating closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure test coverage, improve quality metrics, and troubleshoot defects and automation issues. The consultant will also mentor team members on best practices in test automation, contribute to testing standards and documentation, and support ongoing enhancements to testing processes.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including test case design, test data management, and automation framework configuration.
• Experience with software testing methodologies, test planning, regression testing, and functional and integration testing.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes, and ability to integrate automated tests into build and deployment pipelines.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile practices, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical and business requirements, documenting test scenarios, and communicating findings clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide other testers or engineers in automation practices and Tosca usage.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in consulting environments or client-facing projects, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English for documentation and collaboration; additional language skills are an advantage.
