Assistant Controller

Join the finance team of a growing NASDAQ-listed biopharmaceutical company and take a key role in financial reporting, SEC compliance, SOX controls, and strategic finance initiatives. This position offers broad exposure to a global public company environment and significant professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Support SEC and stock exchange reporting requirements
• Manage SOX compliance and internal control activities
• Work closely with external auditors and advisors
• Analyze complex accounting matters and prepare management reports
• Partner with teams across Israel and international locations

Requirements

✔ CPA certification (mandatory)

✔ Big 4 background (mandatory)

✔ Experience auditing public companies

✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS

✔ Excellent English communication skills

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite advantage)

✔ Experience in pharma, biotech, manufacturing, or a global company - advantage
