Hardware Development Lead- 244566

We’re looking for an experienced hardware development lead to drive electronic module development for advanced avionics and defense systems.

You will lead technical execution from requirements and design through manufacturing, verification, and system integration, working across engineering teams and external development partners.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead electronic module development across the full hardware lifecycle.

Define module specifications and development plans based on system requirements.

Drive design reviews, track milestones, and resolve technical issues.

Lead subcontractor development activities and review technical deliverables.

Coordinate procurement, manufacturing, testing, and system integration.

Lead the development of module test systems and simulators.

What we need to see:

B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

7+ years of experience in electronic design and module development, from design through implementation and system integration.

Proven experience leading end-to-end hardware development.

Strong technical judgment, a system-level perspective, and the ability to lead across engineering disciplines.
