At EasyBIM Innovative Engineering, we empower the AEC industry by streamlining design and construction processes through advanced BIM methodologies.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer expertized with roads, traffic, and infrastructure projects. You will:

• Set up and manage BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure seamless data exchange between design, engineering, and construction teams.
• Lead quality BIM models control.
• Supervise BIM technicians, train team members, and prepare stakeholder visualizations.
• Drive continuous process improvement to align with industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education (Must): B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience (Must): Proven background in infrastructure design/engineering (transportation, utilities, civil works).
• Soft Skills (Must): Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communicator capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
• Tech Stack (Optional): Expertise in major BIM tools (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Infraworks, Forma, or similar) is a strong advantage.
