Senior Post-Sales Engineer

E2E Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Post-Sales Engineer to lead complex IT infrastructure

initiatives and provide advanced technical leadership for existing enterprise customers.

We are looking for a senior IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure, networking and information security, who can translate complex customer requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, lead multidisciplinary integration processes, and drive projects from system definition through implementation and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT infrastructure initiatives for existing enterprise customers, from requirements definition and system design through implementation and integration.
• Analyze customer needs and define technical requirements for complex, multi-system environments.
• Lead the design and integration of solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, command-and-control systems, and information security.
• Provide technical leadership and professional guidance to implementation and integration teams across multiple projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, driving technical decisions and resolving complex system-level challenges.
• Prepare and present technical design reviews, including SRR, PDR and CDR, to senior customers and management.
• Maintain close working relationships with existing customers, ensuring alignment between operational needs, system requirements and technological solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and the evolution of complex enterprise IT environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex technical projects in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking and information security.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure and multidisciplinary system integration.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, requirements definition and end-to-end solution design.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Proven ability to develop technical documentation and present architectural and system design reviews to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant professional certifications- an advantage.
