Bellboy Robotics is building an operating system for physical AI that connects people, agents, and robots to work as a unified team. We brings a robotic workforce to commercial buildings where labor is scarce and a major constraint, starting with hotels.

Our robots perceive, reason, and act in the real world, and become part of the team in everyday businesses. We are already live in world-class hotels including Hilton, Marriott, Seminaris, and IHG, with demand doubling month over month.

The team is founded by leaders from Amazon Robotics, Apple, Microsoft, and Israel’s mission to the Moon.

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Hands-On Systems Engineer to join our core team in Tel Aviv. You will

own systems engineering across the entire lifecycle, from requirements and Onshape CAD design to

hands-on assembly, software development, integration, testing, and field support. In this role, you will

solve unique problems on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Engineering: Define requirements and functional architectures.
• Prototyping & Manufacturing: Work with internal teams and vendors on rapid prototyping.
• CAD & Mechanical Design: Design 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using Onshape.
• Software & Scripting: Write code and develop software for new products, microcontroller programming, and subsystem integration.
• Integration & Testing: Assemble physical prototypes, integrate mechanical, electrical, sensor, and software components.
• Verification & Validation (V&V)
• Field Support & Sustaining Engineering

Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Software/Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in systems engineering or hardware design for robotics, autonomous systems, or electromechanical devices.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities
• Software Skills: Practical programming/scripting skills in Python for hardware control, tests, or embedded systems.
• CAD: Hands-on proficiency in Onshape (or SolidWorks).
• Manufacturing: Solid grasp of fabrication methods, materials, and prototyping.
• Teamwork: Strong collaborator tailored for a fast-moving startup
