Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a degree in Nutritional Sciences and marketing experience to lead the Parenteral Nutrition product portfolio.

The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, driving business growth, and promoting products in close collaboration with sales teams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales promotion plans, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead product positioning and branding, develop scientific and marketing materials, and plan promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market dynamics and customer needs, identify emerging trends and business opportunities, and develop targeted marketing initiatives.
• Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to stay updated on scientific developments, present marketing activities, and provide business forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver training sessions and team meetings, translating scientific knowledge and key marketing messages into practical insights for sales teams.
• Plan and coordinate professional conferences and product promotional activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and profit-and-loss (P&L) analyses in collaboration with a financial analyst, including gross margins, marketing costs, and distribution expenses, and present findings to management.
• Utilize AI tools to support content and presentation development, data analysis, and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences / Clinical Nutrition - Mandatory.
• Proven product management experience with marketing responsibilities - Mandatory.
• Experience developing marketing plans, creating promotional materials, and leading product promotion initiatives.
• Ability to interpret scientific information and translate complex concepts into clear, accurate, and compelling marketing messages.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including experience working with data, forecasts, and profitability analyses.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with practical experience using AI tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and creative, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours according to business needs.
