Development Project Manager

We're looking for a passionate and driven Development Project Manager to join a leading organization and lead complex, cross-functional technology projects that shape the future of data-driven innovation.

About the Role:

Lead complex, cross-functional Data & AI projects and programs end-to-end, from planning and requirements definition through delivery and implementation.

Work closely with development teams and business stakeholders while driving project goals, quality standards, timelines, and successful execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Data & AI development projects end-to-end
• Plan and manage development lifecycle processes
• Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, DevOps teams, and Architects
• Build project plans, manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and track execution
• Manage backlogs and work within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Lead delivery processes through production deployment and adoption
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and drive effective solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions
• Define and monitor KPIs, including timelines, quality, performance, and adoption metrics

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience managing development projects, preferably in technological and/or data-driven environments.
• Experience working closely with development teams (hands-on project management).
• Proven experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technological understanding, including architecture, development processes, APIs, and related concepts.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Significant Advantage:

• Experience in Data, BI, or Data Platform environments
• Familiarity with technologies such as SQL, Python, ETL/ELT
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Experience with Data Platforms
• Experience leading AI-related technologies and projects
• Experience defining KPIs and monitoring delivery performance
