Critical Pharma Supply Logistics Manager

Responsible for coordinating and managing time-sensitive pharmaceutical supply operations, ensuring timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily international and local pharmaceutical shipments, including imports and exports.
• Communicate regularly with manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and healthcare providers.
• Track shipments from order confirmation through final delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates, and customs clearance documents.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements, including temperature-controlled shipments and special handling requirements.
• Monitor order status, inventory availability, delivery schedules, and shipment-related costs.
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues, including shipment delays, customs complications, and supply disruptions.
• Manage urgent orders, medicine shortages, and emergency deliveries, prioritizing critical shipments.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and provide regular status updates to internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with international partners across different time zones to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Ensure compliance with GDP requirements and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, delivery efficiency, and cost management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical logistics or supply chain.
• Experience handling urgent, temperature-sensitive, or critical shipments.
• Strong knowledge of GDP, international shipping, and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, and crisis-management skills.
• Excellent command of English; Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate international operations across multiple time zones.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
