SAP HCM Implementer

The Information Technology Center (ITC) is looking for an SAP HCM Implementer to join its team.

The role includes:

• Implementation of SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM/PD, and PT.

• Enhancing and adapting the system according to customer requirements, including system configuration and customization.

• Writing technical specification documents for development teams.

• Providing support to end users

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Software Engineering, an advantage.

• At least 4 years of experience implementing HR processes in SAP HCM, required.

• Experience with a full SAP HCM project lifecycle within one organization, or implementation experience in at least two maintenance projects, required.

• In-depth knowledge of standard SAP HCM functionality and system enhancement and customization options according to customer requirements, required.

• In-depth knowledge of PA (Personnel Administration) and PD (Organizational Management), required.

• Knowledge of PT (Time Management), a significant advantage.

• Technical knowledge of ABAP, an advantage.

• Experience with SAP version upgrades, an advantage.

• Experience defining and specifying system interfaces, an advantage.
