Business Operations Manager

We're Hiring: Business Operations & Marketing Associate

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and hands-on Business Operations & Marketing Associate to work closely with the CEO and take ownership of key business activities.

This is a diverse, fast-paced role combining financial operations, marketing and business administration, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and gets things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations, including invoicing, payments, collections, budgets and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and coordinate with accounting providers.
• Manage corporate marketing activities, including LinkedIn content and website updates.
• Create presentations, sales decks and marketing materials.
• Support the CEO with business priorities, cross-functional projects and daily operations.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools.
• Basic understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Strong writing, communication and social media skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Independent, resourceful and quick to learn.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Flexibility with working hours and willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
• Bachelor's degree is a strong advantage.
