Controlling Professional

A global company is looking for a Controlling Professional to join its Finance team.

A hands-on role combining financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering, with direct reporting to the Head of Finance and collaboration with global HQ.

What You'll Do

• Support monthly closing, financial reporting to global HQ, and P&L and Balance Sheet analysis.
• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, performance analysis and management reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, inventory accounting and financial controls.
• Partner with business teams, support audits and provide financial insights for management decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA certification - MUST
• 2-4 years of finance/accounting experience, including internship - MUST
• Experience with manufacturing or industrial companies, through Big 4 audit work or in-house finance roles - MUST
• Fluent English and Hebrew - MUST
• Hands-on SAP experience - Strong advantage
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills.
