What You Will Do

• Own engineering strategy, execution, standards and priorities.
• Hire, lead and develop security researchers and engineers.
• Guide architecture across firmware emulation, exploitation and operational delivery.
• Work with the founders to turn business objectives into technical plans.
• Set a practical engineering culture and make clear decisions on risk and resources.
  
  

• Technical leadership in cyber R&D, vulnerability research, Windows internals, embedded systems or implant development.
• Offensive security research experience in national security agencies, military cyber units or defence contractors with similar work.
• Strong technical credibility built through hands-on research and engineering.
• A record of recruiting, retaining and developing skilled technical teams.
• Sound judgment on technical risk, prioritisation and resource allocation.
  
  

• Managing managers or team leaders.
• Growing an engineering organisation from an early stage.
• Integrating AI or machine learning into offensive tooling.
• Building and shipping offensive tools or platforms at scale.
• Active security clearance or previous work in classified environments.
