System Administrator

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our IT/Technology team and take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, security, and end-user support.

This is a hands-on role combining systems administration, network management, troubleshooting, user and access management, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient IT environment.

The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows environments, networking, firewalls, and cloud technologies, along with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, operating systems, and network components across Windows and Mac environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, and authentication across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
• Maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and related components.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, access controls, endpoint security, and antivirus/anti-malware solutions.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patching, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network issues.
• Support cloud-based systems and enterprise IT platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, security, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows system administration.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Good knowledge of networking, network infrastructure, and network protocols.
• Experience with firewalls, access controls, and endpoint security.
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and end-user computing environments.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and cloud-based enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Service-oriented approach and ability to provide effective technical support.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
