Automation Development Engineer

A leading company in the electronic components manufacturing industry is seeking an Automation Development Engineer.

Job Description

• Responsible for developing new technologies for the assembly and testing of miniature components for the medical industry.
• Design, manufacture, assemble, and conduct experiments, tests, and performance evaluations of components and assemblies.
• Responsible for engineering documentation, supporting the preparation of work instructions, and facilitating the transfer of products from development to mass production.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Procurement departments to improve processes and resolve engineering issues.
• Develop tools, fixtures, and engineering solutions to support manufacturing and inspection processes.
• Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in multidisciplinary product development.
• Experience in automation.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, and 3D printing.
• Experience with SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written, including reading).
• Experience using AI tools.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary projects from the design stage through production.
• Familiarity with the ISO 13485 standard.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
