Real Estate Broker - Foreign Clients | Israel

Klein Group is looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Real Estate Broker to join our growing team in Israel.

We specialise in representing international buyers purchasing property in Israel, providing clients with a full service from property sourcing and negotiation through to lawyers, mortgages, architects and completion.

This is a commission-based role suited to someone who wants to build their own business within an established international real estate platform.

The Role

• Represent foreign and local clients looking to purchase property in Israel
• Source and present suitable properties and new developments
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Build strong relationships with developers, brokers and property owners
• Negotiate deals and manage clients throughout the purchasing process
• Develop your own network of buyers, sellers and referral partners
• Work with incoming leads generated through Klein Group
• Proactively generate new business and opportunities
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients after completion

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous Israeli real estate experience is essential
• Native-level/fluent English or French is essential
• Strong Hebrew
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident working with international and high-net-worth clients
• Strong network and understanding of the Israeli property market
• Sales-driven, proactive and entrepreneurial
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a growing team
• Existing connections abroad or ability to develop an international client network is a major advantage

This is a freelance, commission-only position with no fixed salary, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
