What You Will Do

• Own technical challenges end-to-end, from identifying problems and designing solutions to implementation and delivering results.
• Design, deploy, optimize, and maintain SIEM and Next-Gen SIEM solutions, including IBM QRadar, Splunk, Elastic (ELK), CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, and other technologies.
• Help clients improve their security monitoring capabilities through detection engineering, automation, threat intelligence, and SOC process optimization.
• Develop monitoring strategies, technical roadmaps, and actionable work plans aligned with client needs and business risks.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions, challenge inefficient processes, and proactively drive improvements.
• Work directly with clients and SOC teams as a trusted technical consultant.
• Share knowledge, deliver technical training, and contribute to the professional growth of the team.

What You Bring

• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SIEM engineering, security monitoring, detection engineering, or SOC technology consulting.
• Experience implementing, optimizing, or improving security monitoring solutions. Familiarity with platforms such as IBM QRadar, CrowdStrike Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, Splunk, or Elastic is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver on commitments.
• Strong technical writing skills in English and Hebrew.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, environments, and security challenges.
