Senior Computer Vision & AI Algorithm Developer

We're looking for a talented and experienced Algorithm Developer to join our team and take on exciting challenges at the intersection of Computer Vision, Image Processing, and Artificial Intelligence.

You'll work on advanced technologies powering next-generation electro optical intelligence and surveillance systems, turning innovative ideas into real-world solutions.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Research, develop, and optimize advanced algorithms for image and video understanding.

• Take ownership of technical challenges, from the first idea to implementation.

• Work closely with Software and Systems Engineers to bring algorithms into complex, real world systems.

• Explore new approaches, experiment with emerging AI methods, and turn promising concepts into practical capabilities.

WHAT YOU BRING

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Image Processing, and/or Machine Learning.

• Strong Python programming skills.

• Hands on experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Experience developing production-grade algorithms and a solid understanding of classical Computer Vision methods.

• Strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to see the bigger system picture.

• A collaborative approach, combined with the ability to lead technical tasks independently.

An advantage: Experience with Electro Optical (EO) systems or optics.
