Role Description The Line Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Karmiel, responsible for overseeing daily production line operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met. This position includes managing and mentoring line staff, organizing work schedules, coordinating resources, and resolving operational issues in real time. The Line Manager monitors performance metrics, implements process improvements, and collaborates with other departments such as logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance to support continuous workflow. The role also involves training team members, enforcing standard operating procedures, and communicating clear expectations to maintain high standards of productivity and workplace conduct.

• Candidates should possess strong People Management and Training skills to lead, develop, and support diverse production teams.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret production data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members, management, and cross-functional partners.
• Candidates should possess practical Operations Management skills to oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, including familiarity with safety and quality standards, is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in engineering, industrial management, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting, solve problems under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities is preferred.
