Unix/Linux System Administration

We are recruiting for a Unix/Linux System Administration position at a financial company located in central Israel.

responsibilities

• Ongoing teamwork for managing the server life cycle (setup, maintenance, and updates) across virtual infrastructures (VMware) and physical servers.
• Leading infrastructure process automation and automation processes (Ansible).
• Implementing information security and hardening policies.
• Joining the bank's UNIX team, responsible for the operation, stability, and security of the Linux server environment (with an emphasis on Red Hat environments) and UNIX in a critical financial Enterprise environment

requirements

• 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or Linux Infrastructure Specialist (with an emphasis on Red Hat) in a multi-server Enterprise environment
• Practical experience in automating infrastructure processes and writing playbooks in Ansible alongside writing scripts (Bash / Python)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems, or a technological practical engineer, or graduate of an advanced professional course/training in Linux/UNIX infrastructure, or graduate of a military technological unit
